Customer has chance to win in an online raffle for every purchase of a pack of Whisper of any variant of 8’s, 5’s and 4’s pack (singles pack not included):

Upon purchase, customer must log on to www.beinggirl.com.ph/schoolprogram and encode the two-line manufacturing batch code printed on every pack. Customer must fill out his/her contact details for the entry to be considered valid. Customer must also keep the Whisper pack as proof of purchase when he/she claims his/her prize.

Promo period is from July 10, 2009 to March 15, 2010.

Two (2) winners will be drawn every month. Deadline for encoding of entries is on the 15th of each month. The electronic draw will be done every 20th of the month.

Winners will get Sodexho gift certificates worth PHP5,000.00.

One grand prize winner will be drawn on March 20, 2010 to win one (1) 8GB iPOD Nano. All non-winning entries submitted from July 10, 2009 to March 15, 2010 are eligible to win.

Winners can only win once for the monthly draws. They will be notified through registered mail and telephone as to how they can claim their prize.

Non-winning entries from the previously held monthly draws will not be carried over to the succeeding monthly draws. However, non-winners and winners from previous monthly draws can still win in the grand draw.

Prizes may be claimed at the MASA Inc. head office at 898 Aurora Boulevard cor. Stanford Street, Cubao, Quezon City or at any MASA Inc. satellite office around the country on weekdays from 2:00 pm to 4:00pm. Indicated in registered notice.

Winners must present the following when claiming their prize: The actual Whisper pack used as an entry, One (1) valid ID with complete real name, picture and correct address and photocopies of ANY of the documents (i.e. birth certificate or passport). Name should match the name registered online.

Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of the validation process, resulting in the participant being identified as a legitimate winner. The winner/s should claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of notification. Otherwise the prize will be forfeited in favor of Procter & Gamble Philippines with prior approval from DTI.

Promo is open to all interested parties who are residents of the Philippines. Persons under the age of 18, thus considered minors, may enter but written consent from their parent/legal guardian will be required before their entries will be broadcast or be eligible for prize awards.

Employees of Procter & Gamble Philippines, Inc., Procter and Gamble Distributing (Philippines) Inc., Procter and Gamble Asia Private Ltd., their agencies, their affiliates, and their relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Also, persons reporting regularly to Procter and Gamble Philippines., its distributors or agencies, or are under a contract of service and who, by nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of the promo are disqualified from joining.

All draws shall be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative.
